Finding Strength in His Joy
“The Joy of the Lord is our strength” Nehemiah 8:10
Just like a warm, fresh baked cookie can instantly brighten your day, God’s joy fills your heart.
In our busy lives, it’s easy to let worries or stress drain our energy. But this scripture reminds us of a beautiful truth… We don’t have to rely on our own strength to get through hard days. True strength doesn’t come from our own efforts, but from resting in the joy, peace, and love that Jesus freely gives us.
Whenever you start to feel overwhelmed or tired this week, just stop for a moment to rest. Take a deep breath and hand your worries over to Him in a prayer, and ask Him to renew your spirit. Let His joy be the fuel that carries you through the rest of your day!
Pour yourself a cold glass of milk, enjoy a sweet treat and remember that you are deeply loved and fully supported by a God who walks right beside you.
